I've been delivering and designing quality soft skills training for over a decade
now and have gained a good degree of proficiency, that commands a sensible day rate.
The only word of warning is that I will not work for a few hundred pounds/dollars/euros
a day. My thoughts are you get what you pay for and I am able to pick and choose
the work I do.

Associate Training Opportunities
You have arrived at this page as you are looking for a high calibre associate trainer
who is proficient, 30 minutes from Central London and able to travel throughout the
world. I do source a large degree of my work myself, but really enjoy doing associate
work under the banner of other training companies.
I have made a conscious decision never to stop doing associate work, as I enjoy the
sheer variety of projects I get involved in and the chance to work with other training
companies. However I will never commit to work that I feel I am not able to offer
excellent delivery in and I prefer work where there is practical evaluation after
any training intervention.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND TRAINING COURSE DESIGN
My Methodology;
My experience has shown me that many training programmes miss the mark because the
training design is poorly done and the training does not engage the needs of the
learners. Now this could be a problem from initially scoping the project itself but
on the whole much "so called" training is nothing more than a glorified presentation.
As an instructional Designer My role is to put the learning together in such a way
that it takes minimum time, delivers maximum return, is enjoyable, memorable and
is at the right intellectual level for the audience. In effect people need to remember
what they have learned. To do this I use the latest techniques in Brain Based Learning
(Accelerated Learning) and my experience designing training programmes to create
the most effective training programme possible.
