Since I did my accreditation I have run more Belbin® workshops at home and abroad than I care to count and they have been some of the most positive and enlightening workshops I have run. Certainly the feedback several months after running them, is that Managers and teams are thinking differently about themselves and their team members and appreciate difference and diversity more.

For team and leadership development, Meredith Belbin's team roles are one of my favourite tools for getting teams and leadership teams to work effectively, and recognise their unique differences. With so much evidence that businesses perform better when their key players focus on their strengths and outsource their weaknesses, Belbin® catches this perfectly.
