Since I did my accreditation I have run more Belbin^® workshops at home and abroad than I care to count and they have been some of the most positive and enlightening workshops I have run. Certainly the feedback several months after running them, is that Managers and teams are thinking differently about themselves and their team members and appreciate difference and diversity more.
